Peaceful & Pet friendly ~ close to hospitals & UF

A short drive to UF campus. On a quiet street, convenient to take dogs for a walk. Multiple vehicle parking. Highly recommend if traveling with pets and need a short stay close to campus.

We had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting Gainesville, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The home is incredibly pet friendly — having a fenced-in backyard was a game changer for us and our furry family member. We felt completely at ease letting them roam freely without any worry.The host was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and stress-free, which really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Everything was clearly communicated and went off without a hitch.If you're planning a visit to Gainesville — especially with a pet in tow — this is the place to stay. We'd book again in a heartbeat.
